LOGOS Property

LOGOS, part of ESR Group, is an expert in logistics property and data centre real estate, as well as innovative solar, intermodal, and infrastructure solutions, across 10 countries in Asia Pacific. Since its inception in 2010, LOGOS has become a leader in cutting-edge industrial, logistics, and infrastructure property solutions to support their customers’ growth and success.

LOGOS’ mission is to develop spaces that inspire businesses to think big. A prime example is the LOGOS E-Commerce Hub in Singapore, a Green Mark Platinum Super Low Energy seven-storey, ramp-up facility, catering to the growing e-commerce sector and market. The building’s rare, large warehouse footprint of 18,000m2 on each floor can accommodate a wide spectrum of e-commerce usages, from conventional racking systems to high-density storage, as well as automated sortation systems and last-mile services. Another flagship project is the Heathwood Logistics Estate in Australia. This state-of-the-art precinct features advanced automation and robotics capabilities. The innovative warehousing at Heathwood has doubled its customers’ storage capacity by utilising an automated system for case picking, storage, and retrieval system.

LOGOS’ environmental priorities include the decarbonisation of portfolios and operations, positively contributing to the planet, and providing customers with access to renewable energy. Since 2020, all new assets have been built following minimum green building certifications. Notable sustainability initiatives include 15,000 roof solar modules at Heathwood Logistics Estate – generating up to 5.3 MWs of solar energy – along with water harvesting and storage systems, and a bee colony to promote biodiversity.

One of LOGOS’ largest and most innovative projects is the Moorebank Intermodal Precinct in Australia. Spanning 243 hectares, approximately the size of the Sydney CBD, the Precinct features internal Import-Export and Interstate rail terminals. Once operational, Moorebank will handle up to 1,050,000 TEU annually, transforming the way freight is moved around the country and significantly bolstering the efficiency and resilience of Australia’s supply chain. The Precinct will remove 3,000 heavy truck movements each day, enable lower freight costs, and reduce transportation carbon emissions.

The project also includes Australia’s largest rooftop solar installation, set to generate a minimum of 60 MWs, allowing customers to power their operations with renewable energy. LOGOS has a well-earned reputation for delivering iconic projects with a focus on innovation, integrity, and sustainability, as well as an ongoing commitment to excellence for its customers, communities, investors, and partners.
